The latest development is machines with a set of equipment for summer cleaning of cities, the equipment consists of stacked polyethylene containers made of corrosion-resistant material that increases the service life of attachments (Figures 1, 2). The novelty is the presence of an airtight compartment that reliably protects the distributors.

Machines for cleaning cities with a set of winter equipment MK-4532-08 on the base chassis of KAMAZ-65115-A5 (-5H) (hereinafter referred to as machines), perform a complex of works on cleaning cities, to combat the slipperiness of highways, by distributing solid or liquid technological (anti-ice) materials (reagents) on their surface, as well as for cleaning snow from the road surface that has been freshly fallen or treated with technological materials, sweeping asphalt and cement concrete pavements.

The complete set of the MK-4532-08 machine: hydraulic equipment for the distribution of liquid materials is mounted on the base chassis; quick-detachable attachments are installed in the front of the chassis - a city snowplow blade or a high-speed snowplow blade; an average brush is installed in the interbase space of the chassis.

Liquid materials are used as technological materials. When completing the equipment for the summer cleaning of cities, a complex of works is carried out on cleaning cities, sweeping asphalt and cement concrete pavements, washing asphalt and cement concrete pavements with water using flat fan-shaped jets directed towards the runway (or from the runway), washing road signs and fences, as well as for watering road surfaces (reducing the dustiness of roadside air layers), watering green spaces and extinguishing fires.

The MK-4532-08 distributor is used for instant and effective application of anti-icing reagents to the surface of highways, bridge crossings and other surfaces for various purposes in order to prevent ice.

Equipment:

·         a cassette with four containers with a total volume of 10.0 m for reagents or water;

·         intermediate supports for installation of MK-4532-08 equipment;

·         three combs with nozzles (27 pcs);

·         remote control of the combs;

·         regulator-distributor;

·         suction filter;

·         pressure filter;

·         hydraulic motor with torque transmission to the diaphragm pump;

·         shut-off valves with pneumatic actuator manufactured by Italy.

Chemical distribution system:

The distribution of liquid reagents is carried out using special equipment mounted on the KAMAZ-65115 chassis.

Structurally, the distributor is made in the form of ramps with nozzles. The ramps are placed in groups. Each group includes one central ramp, and one corner ramp on the left and right. There are three such groups in total. The nozzles of the ramps of different groups have different nozzle diameters, due to which it is possible to adjust the density of the distributed reagents in a wider range. The first group has the smallest nozzle diameter, the second group has twice as much, and the third group has four times as much.

Liquid reagents are stored in containers and fed to the ramps by a pump with adjustable capacity, through a system of valves and pipelines. The control is carried out using a proportional distributor and one of six electric pneumatic distributors.

Such a system ensures the most uniform supply of chemical solutions, regardless of the speed of the car.
