It is executed in two versions. Version 1: Solid de-icing material distributor ПСР-7 (Winter), Polywash equipment ПМР-7 (Summer). Version 2: Liquid de-icing material distributor, ПМР-7 water-washing equipment. Combined road machine MK-3533-03 on chassis MAZ-5340 is made on the basis of the equipment of the container garbage truck МБС-7. The versatility of the equipment is that it can be used both as a road machine for year-round roadway maintenance and as a garbage truck - container truck. The main equipment of the machine is a metal platform with lifting and tipping equipment (portal). In the front part of the machine there is a universal mounting plate on which the front attachment is installed: washing comb or moldboard. When a full-metal container with the volume of 7.5÷8m³ is installed on the platform, it is possible to perform works on collection and removal of garbage, bulky waste, construction and industrial waste accumulated in exchangeable containers of large capacity. Additional combined equipment installed on the machine allows in summer time to carry out roadway washing with OM-4 attachment from a plastic tank with the volume of 5m³ or its cleaning with brush equipment ЩО-10. In winter time the roadway is cleaned by ОСГ-7 rotary moldboard or fresh snow is removed by brush ЩО-10. The drive of all mechanisms is hydraulic. Hydraulic elements are located in a sealed cabinet, which increases their performance and service life. All elements are controlled from the vehicle cabin using a special cable distributor. |
