ЩО-10 is installed in the interbase space. In summer, the sweeping brush is used to sweep debris from the roadway, in winter – for patrol snow removal. The advantage of this equipment over the classic chain design is the presence of a hydraulic drive, which gives:

The presence of a mechanism for adjusting the height of the brush relative to the roadway, eliminating uneven wear of the pile
The brush drive mechanism is protected from overloads.
