NOVELTY! SAND AND SPREADING EQUIPMENT WITH GALVANIZED BODY. Combined road machine MK-4534-08 is produced on the basis of dump truck KAMAZ-65115-48(A5). Installation - quick-release equipment of sand-salt spreader ПСР-13. The front attachment is a city-type moldboard with a rubber blade and inter-base brush equipment ЩО-12.

The machine performs a complex of works on cleaning of cities, for struggle against slipperiness of highways, by means of distribution on their surface of solid technological (anti-ice) materials, and also for cleaning of freshly fallen or treated with technological materials snow from the surface of roads, sweeping of asphalt and cement concrete pavements. The body of the equipment ПСР-13 has a volume of 8.2 m3 and is a welded metal structure made of structural low-alloy steel with increased endurance limit, with anti-corrosion treatment (hot-dip galvanizing of the metal product).

The equipment conveyor is equipped with a scraper conveyor (with scrapers of increased rigidity). The conveyor drive is based on the traction plate conveyor chain of 5M/РС series according to ISO/R 1977, DIN 8167 with breaking force of 5 tons and pitch of 50 mm. The spreading device is equipped with a hydraulic drive controlled from the driver's cab from the control panel. It is raised perpendicularly to the roadway in transport position or lowered to the working (lower) position - when working with de-icing materials. Spreading disk and receiving cover are made of stainless steel.

The spreader is equipped with asymmetry function and has adjustment in height and width of spreading of de-icing materials.

The system of automatic equipment for spreading of de-icing materials allows remote control of all working mechanisms of the road machine from the cab. The control of all actuating mechanisms is carried out automatically, depending on the set parameters of the distribution of de-icing materials and vehicle speed. The distribution zone can be changed stepwise and take one of the values.

The awning in the upper part of the body prevents moisture and dirt from getting on the sand-salt mixture. Wetting system for joint application of antifriction materials on roads with heavy traffic and application of wetting with 25% salt solution (up to -15 degrees Celsius) and prevention of ice up to 2 mm thick. Tank capacity is 900 liters.
