Municipal vehicles series MK-XX61 and MK-XX65 (hook multilift) on the basis of GAZ, MAZ, KAMAZ and ISUZU chassis with load capacity from 6 to 20 tons were designed and manufactured at ‘Ryazhsky Avtoremontniy Zavod’ JSC in the expectation of solid waste and bulky waste removal in urban areas.

Multilift due to the hook mechanism allows significantly to reduce the time of unloading and loading operations. The used containers allow transportation of large-sized waste, for example, from construction sites to disposal sites. In addition to waste removal, the machine can be used as a vehicle that can perform a wide range of work, due to the use of different types of containers - it is a dump truck, and flatbed truck, and van, and road truck.

Equipment of garbage trucks MK-XX61 and MK-XX65 ‘Self-loading hook multilift machine’ with special hook loading and unloading equipment of hydraulic type for gripping, loading, transportation and unloading of bins is designed and implemented in accordance with the requirements of waste removal technology, from household waste to construction waste.

For the implementation of the project the selection of materials was made, mass, dimensions and energy characteristics were optimized in order to ensure load capacity, minimum loading time, limitation of noise impact, reliability and long service life. The equipment meets the requirements of the Technical Regulation of the Customs Union ‘On the Safety of Wheeled Vehicles’ TR CU 018/2011, which confirms compliance with the requirements of current standards, including Directives UNI-EN 1501-1-2007, EN 1501-2-2008 for vehicles for public utilities.
