Mixing and mediating unit УСО-4482-19 version 1 (16m3)

is designed for preparation and homogenization of plugging slurries during cementing of oil and gas wells cementing, when high requirements are set for compliance with the specified density and rheological characteristics of plugging slurries. The unit can be used for preparation of drilling muds.

Application of the unit provides:

·         reduction of the amount of equipment involved in the operation

·         cementing of wells;

·         reduction of losses of plugging materials, which take place during preparation of plugging muds by jet mixers; reduction of losses of plugging materials, which take place during preparation of plugging muds by jet mixers; and

·         by jet mixers;

·         preparation and adjustment of the characteristics of the entire volume of slurry on the surface prior to its injection into the

·         well;

·         simplification of equipment tying during cementing operation;

·         preparation of multi-component slurries without preliminary preparation of

·         dry mixtures;

·         achievement of high accuracy in preparation of the solution of a given density.
