Truck loader crane VPL 100-76L
The VPL 100-76 hydraulic manipulator is designed for loading and unloading of mainly forest materials: wood assortments, tree-length logs, sawn timber, firewood at ambient air temperature from plus 40°C to minus 40°C.
The hydraulic manipulator VPL 100-76 is used as a part of log trucks (timber trucks), installed on vehicles either behind the cab or on the rear overhang of the cargo platform, on the base chassis of KamAZ, Ural, MAZ, KrAZ and vehicles of other manufacturers. The stationary use of the unit is possible.
The hydraulic manipulator VPL 100-76 is equipped with a timber grapple VPL X-35 with an increased area of gripping up to 0.35m3.
The hydraulic manipulator VPL 100-76 is equipped with an electrical control panel with a digital time counter, emergency stop button and warning signal.
It is possible to equip with a dual-circuit control system, which provides smoother control and allows the operator to confidently combine several operations, and, therefore, significantly reduce the time of loading and unloading operations and increase productivity.
Hydraulic outrigger extension and lifting is available.
