Municipal vehicles MK-XX2 on the basis of GAZ, MAZ, KAMAZ and ISUZU chassis are developed by the design and technology department of "Ryazhsky avtoremontnyi zavod" JSC. The equipment of garbage trucks is designed and implemented in accordance with the requirements of the technology of waste removal from household to construction waste, load capacity from 4 to 7.5 tons and is designed to capture, loading, transportation and unloading of bins with a volume of 7.5-8m³.

During the design the selection of materials was made, mass-dimensional and energy characteristics were optimized in order to ensure load capacity, minimum loading time, limitation of noise impact, reliability and long service life. The equipment meets the requirements of the Technical Regulation of the Customs Union "On the Safety of Wheeled Vehicles" TR TS 018/2011, which confirms compliance with the requirements of current standards, including Directives UNI-EN 1501-1-2007, EN 1501-2-2008 for vehicles for public utilities.

The machines are equipped with a high-strength hoist with optimal kinematics, which allows to increase the load capacity. Operational reliability is increased due to easier access to the elements of the hydraulic system and the construction of the garbage truck (access to check the condition of the platform attachment to the frame of the base chassis from above, through special grooves). The platform is equipped with a technological platform for preparation of the refuse truck for transportation of MSW container with the possibility of fixing a spare wheel. The outriggers are equipped with articulated sole mount for copying the supporting surface.
