Municipal vehicles MK-XX2 on the basis of GAZ, MAZ, KAMAZ and ISUZU chassis are developed by the design and technology department of  ʻRyazhsky Avtoremontniy Zavodʼ JSC. The equipment of garbage trucks is designed and implemented in accordance with the requirements of the waste removal technology starting from households to  construction waste, load capacity from 4 to 7.5 tons and is designed to capture, loading, transportation and unloading of bins with a volume of 7.5-8m³. During the design, materials were thoroughly selected, weight and size and energy characteristics were optimized in order to ensure lifting capacity, minimum loading time, limitation of noise impact, reliability and long service life.

The equipment meets the requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union "On the Safety of Wheeled Vehicles" TR CU 018/2011, which complies with the requirements of current standards, including the UNI-EN 1501-1-2007, EN 1501-2-2008 Directives for public utility vehicles. The vehicles use a high-strength hoist with optimal kinematics, which allows for increased lifting capacity.

Increased operational reliability, associated with easier access to the hydraulic system elements and the garbage truck design (access to control the platform fastening condition to the base chassis frame from above, through special grooves). The platform is equipped with a technological platform for preparing the truck for transporting a container with solid waste with the ability to attach a spare wheel. The outriggers are equipped with a hinged sole mount for copying the supporting surface.
