MK-xx40-xx rear-loading garbage trucks for manual collection of waste or road sweepings. The body has a frame design.

The body is made of high-quality structural low-alloy steel 09G2S. The rear part of the accumulator is pivotally hinged with a tailgate with a hopper, which is retractable into the opening of the tailgate. The low loading  height of the hopper in working position allows manual loading.

Opening of the hopper and tailgate is performed by hydraulic cylinders. In the rear part of the body there is a lever-type pressing plate tilted by two hydraulic power cylinders (specific compression compacting pressure about  0.14 MPa).

The body is pivotally hinged to the subframe. The body has a base made of channel bars, with which it rests on the subframe. The waste is unloaded by a dumping method.  The body lifting mechanism is driven by double-acting hydraulic cylinders.

The hydraulic system is is of the single-circuit type HDC (Heavy Duty Components) with a manual hydraulic distributor for controlling the actuating hydraulic cylinders, consists of high quality Walvoil, Salami components  manufactured in Italy, Danfoss manufactured in Denmark.

Fittings are produced by ‘Cast’. Rods and pipes of ‘Cromsteel’ hydraulic cylinders, Romania. Seals of rods and pistons, rings, mud collectors of ‘Busak-Shamban’ hydraulic cylinders. ‘STAUFF’ hydraulic tubes.

Painting with two-component acrylic-urethane materials. It is possible to paint the equipment in the color of the customer's company.

The equipment of the garbage truck is characterized by simplicity and unpretentiousness in operation.
