Municipal vehicles of the MK-XX41 series, rear-loading MSW garbage trucks, are designed for mechanized collection of garbage from containers installed on stationary sites. They are well adapted to work in cramped conditions and can be used also where there is no containerized system of household waste collection. Garbage trucks of this type is an automobile chassis on which a box-shaped body is mounted with an articulated tailgate attached. Bodies on this type of vehicles have two options of 18m³ and 19,5m³ depending on the chassis used. The body is a welded frame metal structure of a rectangular shape in cross-section, consisting of steel sheets, channels and steel square tubes in the base and closed contours of the frame. Inside the body there is an ejector plate consisting of a steel plate reinforced with profiles and a frame with guide elements. In the lower part of the plate there is a central pivot for mounting the double-acting telescopic hydraulic cylinder. During loading it serves as a resistance element against the pressure of the pressed waste. When the tailgate is open, it performs the unloading of waste from the body. In the lower part of the tailgate there is a loading hopper, where MSW from containers is transferred. In the tailgate there is also a waste pressing mechanism consisting of a feed plate (carriage), with which the rotary pressing plate (knife) is articulated. The hydraulic cylinders are used to drive both elements. The loading of the waste into the receiving bucket is carried out manually or mechanically by means of a gripper, which ensures unloading of the contents of containers in accordance with EN 840-1, DIN 30740, DIN 30700, EN 840-2, EN 840-3 standards. Inside the body there is an ejector plate moved by a hydraulic cylinder, which is its movable front wall. The hydraulic system - type HDC (Heavy Duty Components) consists of top quality components (fittings according to DIN 2353 and tubes according to DIN 2391). All components are from leading European manufacturers |
