Rear-loading garbage trucks series "Mini" MH.4 on the chassis GAZON Next or ISUZU NQR90L-H for mechanized waste collection, with a compacting mechanism in the tailgate, with the automatic control system of the compacting process. The frameless body design. Compacting  ratio is up to 2.5.

In order to facilitate and reduce the cost of waste collection, a new technology is applied - with waste reloading from small-sized and maneuverable garbage trucks into heavy-duty garbage trucks with subsequent removal to waste sorting plants or landfills.

MH.4 garbage trucks are designed to work in cramped urban conditions with the ability to pass through the inter-house arches with the height of no more than 3.0 meters. Due to compactness and maneuverability, the garbage trucks meet the requirements of working in tight urban conditions of city centers, as well as in areas closed for the passage of heavy vehicles.

The body of the trucks is made of high-quality structural low-alloy steel 09G2S. In the rear part of the body there is a lever-type pressing plate deflected by two hydraulic power cylinders (specific compression compacting pressure is about 0.17 MPa).

A container gripper for all existing standards is articulated to the rear part of the body. The body is pivotally hinged to the subframe. The body has a base made of channels, by which it is supported on the subframe. The waste is reloaded by an unloading plate moving along the body along the side rails located on the side panels of the body when the hinged lid is open.

The hydraulic system is of the single-circuit type HDC (Heavy Duty Components) with drive of the pressing plate of the pressing mechanism by a manual distributor. Control of the hydraulic cylinders consists of high quality Walvoil, Salami components  manufactured in Italy, Danfoss manufactured in Denmark.

Fittings are produced by ‘Cast’. Rods and pipes of ‘Cromsteel’ hydraulic cylinders, Romania. Seals of rods and pistons, rings, mud collectors of ‘Busak-Shamban’ hydraulic cylinders. ‘STAUFF’.

Painting with two-component acrylic-urethane materials. It is possible to paint the equipment in the color of the customer's company.
