The MK-XX49 series garbage truck is a rear-loading garbage truck with an increased body volume in a frame design. The frame body of the garbage truck has a very durable body, thanks to the stiffening ribs and is not subject to deformation, and the increased volume allows you to load more MSW. The loading mechanism can work with containers of all existing standards: EN 840-1, DIN 30740, DIN 30700, EN 840-2, EN 840-3. The body is a welded frame metal structure of an angle shape in cross-section, consisting of steel plates, channels and steel square tubes in the base and closed front and rear contours. To increase the load-bearing capacity of the thin-walled structure, the body is made of channels joined together by longitudinal welded seams, simultaneously being guides for the movement of the ejector plate and angles with the formation of closed cells. Inside the body there is an ejector plate consisting of a steel plate reinforced with profiles and a frame with guide elements. In the lower part of the plate there is a central pivot for mounting the telescopic double-acting hydraulic cylinder. During the loading it serves as a resistance element to the pressure of the pressed waste. When the tailgate is open, it performs the unloading of the waste from the body. The tailgate is a welded metal structure and serves for fixing the sealing mechanism in it. The tailgate is hinged to the body with its upper part, and in the lower part it is held by clips. In the side panels of the tailgate there are two guides with wear plates made of Hardox 450 steel 3mm thick. The feed plate of the pressing mechanism runs along the guides of the rear panel. In the lower part of the tailgate there is a loading hopper, where MSW from containers is transferred. In the tailgate there is also a waste compacting mechanism consisting of a feeding plate (carriage), with which the rotary pressing plate (knife) is articulated. Hydraulic cylinders are used to drive both elements. The loading of the waste into the receiving bucket is carried out mechanically by means of a gripper, which ensures the unloading of container contents in accordance with EN 840-1, DIN 30740, DIN 30700 standards. |
