Rear-loading garbage trucks of "Mini" series MR.4-8 for mechanized waste collection, with a baling mechanism in the tailgate, with automatic control system of the baling process. The body has a frame design. Compacting ratio is up to 5.

The trucks are designed to work in cramped urban conditions with the ability to pass through arches between houses with a height of no more than 3.0 meters. Due to their compactness and maneuverability, the garbage trucks meet the requirements of working in tight urban conditions of city centers, as well as in areas closed for the passage of heavy vehicles.

The body of the trucks is made of high-quality structural low-alloy steel 09G2S. To the rear part of the accumulator the tailgate is hingedly fixed, in which the pressing mechanism is placed, the main parts of which are made of Hardox wear-resistant steel with the capacity sufficient for collection of waste accumulated in containers of all existing standards up to 1300 liters. The body is pivotally hinged to the sub-frame.

The body has a base made of channel bars, with which it rests on the subframe. The waste is unloaded by the unloading plate moving along the body along the side rails located on the side panels of the body. The mechanisms are driven by double-acting hydraulic cylinders.

In the transport position the tailgate is pressed to the accumulator on an inclined surface (to improve the tightness of the body) and locked with clips. There is a P-shaped rubber seal in the lower part of the tailgate, which provides sealing of the body due to tight adhesion of the tailgate to the body. When compacting the waste, some moisture is released, the tightness of the body is ensured by the height of the rubber seal of the tailgate (300 mm). The tailgate (option) can be equipped with a system for collecting liquid fraction into the hopper during baling.

The hydraulic system is of the single-circuit type HDC (Heavy Duty Components) with drive of the pressing plate of the pressing mechanism by electro-hydraulic distributors controlled by means of the  automatic control system. Control of hydraulic cylinders, consists of high quality  Walvoil, Salami components  manufactured in Italy, Danfoss manufactured in Denmark.

Fittings are produced by ‘Cast’. Rods and pipes of ‘Cromsteel’ hydraulic cylinders, Romania. Seals of rods and pistons, rings, mud collectors of ‘Busak-Shamban’ hydraulic cylinders. ‘STAUFF’ hydraulic tubes.

Painting with two-component acrylic-urethane materials. It is possible to paint the equipment in the color of the customer's company.
