Garbage trucks with a side loading of the MK-x555-xx body with the improved pressing mechanism, and the automatic control system for the compacting process. The body design is frameless. Coefficient of compaction is up to 5.

Simplicity of design and maintenance, the presence of the automatic control system (hereinafter ACS), which ensures stable operation in automatic and manual modes, reliability in operation are the main features of these garbage trucks.

The body of the vehicle is made of high-quality structural low-alloy steel 09G2S, which facilitates its construction without the loss of strength. In the front part of the body there is a press chamber, characterized by a reduced overall width and height (400 mm each), sufficient to collect waste accumulated in containers of all existing standards up to 1300 liters.

In the side walls of the press chamber, guides are arranged one above the other. A pressing plate is placed in the lower guide with the possibility of in-and-out working motions and backward motions by means of two power hydraulic cylinders (specific compression compacting pressure of about 0.34 Mpa). The plate works in the caprolon sliders.

Flaps are placed above the plate with the possibility of moving in the side guides when the pressing plate moves due to interaction with stops located on adjacent flaps. The flaps move after the pressing plate when engaged by internal stops attached to the pressing plate and one of the flaps. The top of the press chamber is closed with a lid. The lid is opened by a hydraulic lifting cylinder simultaneously with the extension of the outrigger under the manipulator, if available.

A semicircular tailgate with increased capacity (up to 0.9 m3) is pivotally fixed to the rear of the hopper which is opened by hydraulic cylinders. In the transport position, the tailgate is pressed against the hopper along the inclined surface (to improve the tightness of the body) and locked with clamps. A P-shaped rubber seal is fixed in the lower part of the rear side, which ensures the sealing of the body due to the tight fit of the rear side to the body.

When compacting the wastes, some moisture is released, the tightness of the body is ensured by the height of the rubber seal of the tailgate (1000 mm). The hopper unit in relation to the press chamber is placed 150 mm lower in height to form a liquid fraction collection tank from wastes.

The body is pivotally mounted on a subframe. The body has a base of channels, which it rests on a subframe. The waste is discharged by a dumping method. The drive of the body lifting mechanism is provided by two-way hydraulic cylinders.

To overload the waste of their containers, a manipulator with the lifting capacity of 700 kg is used, characterized by simplicity and high strength. It is also made of high-quality structural low-alloy steel 09G2C. The manipulator MP 5-18 is bolted to the subframe from the right (left) side of the garbage truck. It consists of a boom and a retractable carriage. The boom is pivotally hinged, which allows it to rotate in the vertical and horizontal planes.

As standard, the manipulator is equipped with one of three types of grips for the front wall of the container. On request, the manipulator can be equipped with additional grips (patent of 'Ryazhsky Autoremontniy Zavod' JSC No. 160217 - universal replaceable grip MK 14.900.000 for standard containers with a capacity of 80, 120, 140, 240, 360, 460, 660, 1100, 1300 l and box-shaped metal containers with a capacity from 700 to 1100 l (standards for picked-up containers depend on the type of grip installed). In the transport position of the manipulator, the container grip must be rotated to the maximum angle until it can come into contact with the wall of the press chamber.

The hydraulic system is of the double-circuit type HDC (Heavy Duty Components) with the pressing plate drive of the pressing mechanism by electrohydraulic distributors controlled by ACS. The drive of the rest of the equipment is hydraulic with a manual hydraulic distributor for controlling executive hydraulic cylinders, consists of high-quality SALAMI, Walvoil, Danfoss components. Fittings are produced by 'Cast'.  Rods and pipes are 'Cromsteel' hydraulic cylinders, Romania. Seals of rods and pistons, rings, mud collectors are of 'Busak-Shamban' hydraulic cylinders. 'STAUFF' hydraulic tubes.

Painting with two-component acrylic-urethane materials. It is possible to paint the equipment in the color of the customer's company.
